We went to the grand opening. The service in staff was very friendly. They had away Wheels you can spin the win prizes. Can I have a drone for a dollar gift cards the food was good but you can see the One bun was a little burn.

Melty is awesome! The staff is super helpful and friendly. The food is great. We got a Cuban, a turkey club thing, some loaded fries, and a side of mac n cheese. Everything was very delicious. I’m excited to try the other sandwiches.

We ordered the Chicken Avocado and BBQ Brisket sandwiches with tots. The brisket had a great smoke flavor. The chicken was loaded and very flavorful. They were served piping hot. The staff was friendly and helpful for a first time customer.

First time hearing about this place. We needed a last minute place to catch dinner with a picky eater in tow. The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Food was surprisingly delicious! I’ll be honest, my first thought was that it would be maybe del-taco grade food at best as many of our little sandwich shops out here are pretty foul- not so. The food was fresh and flavorful. Thanks for the great experience even though it was within an hour of closing time!

This was a pleasant surprise find for lunch today. We were going to the Greek place next door but when we saw Melty, we thought we would try it. Wow! The sandwiches were cheesy and hot and melty. The soup tasted like something I would make homemade. Very delightful. Establishment is clean and employee’s are kind and helpful. The general manager checked on us and was wonderful as well!

Not only was the sandwich delicious, but Arthur was exceptionally professional and helped fill us in on the options since it was our first time there. He knew their best sellers and monthly specials off the bat and had recommendations for us. He was quick to respond as we walked in, brought our food to us as we sat, left us alone while we ate, and wished us farewell while doing dishes in the back when we left. Excellent customer service. Not only that, but I left my credit card in the machine and accidentally paid for the customer after me. I called the next day to see if I left my card there and he knew my name immediately, refunded the extra purchase, and held my card for me. Good dude, good restaurant, good food.

My absolute favorite grilled sandwich and soup place. I've loved everything I've gotten here; my favorite is the turkey bacon with tomato soup sometimes the Cuban for this location. The, new to me, loaded tots are great, and very addictive. The staff has been great, though maybe a little rushed for myself. I loved the old Melty Way that used to be by my house. I was very excited to see a new store front version opening up. Personally, it's always well worth the trip.

First time trying Melty. I had the BBQ brisket melt with fries, and I was blown away by the flavor. The fries are perfect, well seasoned and crispy! My daughter said the mac n cheese was super tasty as well. The service was excellent as well, highly recommend.
